Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI for client campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing consultant to execute advertising strategies for multiple industries such as professional services, healthcare, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Management

Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads

Setup campaign structures based on marketing objectives (lead generation, sales, awareness)

Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize performance

Conduct keyword research for search campaigns

Setup targeting, audiences, and retargeting campaigns
2. Conversion Tracking & Analytics

Setup conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager

Configure events for form submissions, leads, and calls

Integrate tracking with Google Ads and Meta Pixel

Monitor campaign data and ensure tracking accuracy
3. Performance Optimization
4. Ad Creative & Copy Collaboration

Work with the design team to develop ad creatives

Suggest high-performing ad angles and copy

Test different creatives and messaging
5. Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance

Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Requirements
Must Have
-
Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

Understanding of lead generation campaigns

Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Good to Have
- Understand using AI (ChatGPT, Claude etc) to increase productivity
- Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses

Knowledge of landing page optimization

Experience with Google Analytics

Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives
Salary: RM 2,500 per month
